Owned by Richard and Julia, the restaurant features a menu that is inspired by seasonal and locally sourced ingredients, with vegetables in the starring role. VERT also serves home-made non-alcoholic beverages infused with wildflowers and herbs from their own garden, as well as organic and natural wines. You can share a four-course meal at VERT, with all the dishes served in the middle of the table.
For delicious authentic Spanish tapas, visit Tapas Middelburg where every dish is prepared according to traditional family recipes. In addition to many small plates of tapas, you can also order 'raciones'. This is a typically Spanish dining style: a big table filled with larger portions for sharing. El Mosquito is a cosy restaurant where you can enjoy delicious Spanish dishes and specialities prepared according to the chef's own recipe.
