At Alhaik you can enjoy delicacies from the varied and often surprising cuisine of Syria.
And the famous hospitality, of course! The minute we entered, we were warmly welcomed and before we knew it we were sat down in the sun with a cup of coffee and a delicious nutty cake with honey. The atmosphere is friendly and the interior design looks stunning. We had barely finished the cake when we were treated to a plate of pancakes with lamb and yoghurt.
The combination of flavours was perfect! This was our first introduction to Syrian cuisine, and we would certainly recommend it.
