Step inside for a delicious meal that you wouldn't just make at home. Or do you just want something to snack? Then you've found the right place, too. We've got various bites and appetizers, together with a nice glass of wine or a cocktail for you. The kitchen uses tastes from all over the world: fusion. The menu ranges from bao buns, risotto and noodle salad, to oysters, sushi, Iberico ham and dumplings. Vegetarian? Also not a problem at Bijts. We have many creative vegetarian dishes.
Plop down in one of our couches or choose a table by the window with a view of the Plein 1940 square. Or if the weather is nice, enjoy the sun on our terrace on the nicests little square of Middelburg.
